funnlr.ai is an AI-powered content generation platform for small businesses, operated from South Africa. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
2. What we collect
Account data: your full name, email address, business name, and password.
Usage data: number of content generations, plan type, and session logs.
Content inputs: niche, topic, platform, and tone used to generate content.
Payment data: proof of payment (EFT confirmations). We do not store card details.
3. How we use your data
To provide and operate the funnlr.ai service.
To verify EFT payments and activate member accounts.
To send account confirmation and update emails.
To comply with POPIA and other applicable South African laws.
4. Data retention
We retain account data while your account is active. On deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except financial records retained for 5 years for tax compliance.
5. Your rights (POPIA)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Email privacy@funnlr.ai. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator at inforeg.org.za.

Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 1 January 2025 | funnlr.ai
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using funnlr.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. Membership & Access
Member access is granted manually after Ibrahim Arendse (funnlr.ai) has verified your EFT payment. Access may be revoked at any time for breach of these Terms or non-payment.
3. Payment
Member fees are payable by EFT to the FNB or Capitec account provided during signup.
Use your email address as the payment reference.
Access is activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation (weekdays).
No refunds for partial months, except where required by South African consumer protection law.
4. Free plan
The Free plan allows one (1) content generation per calendar day, providing captions and hashtags only.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use funnlr.ai to generate content that is defamatory, hateful, illegal, or infringes intellectual property rights.
6. Intellectual property
Content generated for your account is yours to use commercially. The funnlr.ai platform and branding remain our exclusive property.
7. Disclaimer
Content is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
